Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide customer service and e-commerce platform support, monitoring interactions and quality indicators to enhance the customer journey. If you identify with this vision, we want you to be part of our story! **What We’re Looking For:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields; * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for spreadsheet management); * Strong writing skills and analytical ability; * Dynamic profile, up-to-date with digital trends, and focused on customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via chat, email, WhatsApp, social media, and sales platforms (e.g., Mercado Livre, Magalu, Amazon, Shopee). * Support internal team members with requests related to orders, deadlines, and e-commerce processes. * Monitor and respond to product and store reviews on marketplaces, maintaining high-quality relationship standards. * Monitor messages and interactions on Instagram (DMs, comments, mentions). * Track marketplace quality indicators (response SLA, NPS, cancellation rate, shipping deadlines, reviews). * Support mapping opportunities for improving the customer journey. * Prepare performance reports and share insights with management. **How to Apply:** Submit your resume at: https://trabalhe-conosco.lojasmm.com.br/ **We’re ready to meet you and build a successful future together!** Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.059,00 - R$2.060,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
