Social media customer support **WORK WITH THE BEST** Position: Lead Generator - SDR Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 1,800.00 + Bonus + Meal Allowance BRL 180.00 + Transportation Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (2-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** - Initial outreach and lead qualification. - Customer prospecting via phone/WhatsApp. - Consultation scheduling. - Customer support via social media. - Weekly performance report analysis. **Requirements:** - Proficiency with WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. - Strong communication skills and empathy (ability to put oneself in the customer's shoes). - Motivation for goals and challenges.
