Job Summary: Supervise Rental technicians, plan and control maintenance activities, invoice services, and provide operational and technical support in the maintenance area. Key Highlights: 1. Career Opportunity: Technical Supervisor Your daily responsibilities will include: * Supervising Rental technical staff (internal and field) through time tracking, role direction, demand support, and team development; * Planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance demands for machinery; * Invoicing maintenance services; * Providing operational support as needed; * Providing technical support in maintenance and parts procurement for other operations as needed; * Monitoring and controlling unit costs; * Selecting and training field and internal technical staff; * Visiting customers to assess whether demands are being met according to plan; * Managing parts, equipment, and materials required for maintenance. What we’re looking for: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration or Mechanical Engineering; * Advanced Excel skills; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in machinery maintenance; * Knowledge of People Management.
