We are seeking an EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE AGENT JUNIOR to work on the front line of tractor and trailer maintenance activities, ensuring vehicle functionality and safety. **Responsibilities:** Execute basic maintenance procedures on tractors and trailers, covering electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, while supporting the responsible manager with operational demands. Also perform maneuvers and repositioning of heavy vehicles; a Category E driver's license (CNH) is required. Conduct periodic inspections of cooling and hydraulic steering systems, as well as perform full greasing of the fleet (tractors and trailers). Carry out correct tire inflation according to established safety standards. Properly close internal service orders, ensuring record organization and traceability. Perform simple elevated tasks, such as applying reflective strips onto the tarpaulin of sideloaders. Monitor external maintenance activities and verify compliance with company standards. Conduct preliminary diagnostics and guide technical referrals. Verify preventive maintenance tasks and pending scheduled services. Complete and execute various operational checklists, including vacation departure, termination, vehicle handover/receipt, surprise inspections, and routine inspections; additionally, analyze and address corrective actions arising from service order (OS) openings and checklists. Assist drivers with questions or issues related to maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures. Monitor deadlines and service quality at external workshops. Participate in weekend on-call shifts providing telephone support to drivers. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the external yard, preserving environmental functionality and safety. Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:48 / Weekend on-call duty. Compensation: R$2.800,00 – R$2.900,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work location: On-site
