Develop maintenance schedules considering resource availability, equipment criticality, and production demands. Conduct failure analysis and identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes. Position based in Ponta Grossa / PR. Previous experience as Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Analyst, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
