Windows and Linux server configuration and security policies We are seeking an **IT Support and Infrastructure Analyst** to provide N2/N3 technical support, user assistance, hardware maintenance, network configuration, Windows and Linux server setup, security policies, and software installation. **Key Responsibilities:** * User support * Customer service – ticket creation and resolution of N2 and N3 level issues * Email client configuration * Hardware maintenance * Computer network configuration * Server configuration * Configuration of network and user security policies * Configuration of services hosted on Windows and Linux servers, such as Active Directory, Web Servers, Virtualization, Containerization, etc. * Installation of programs and software **In addition, it is highly desirable that you have:** * Technical qualification in Information Technology; Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis; Software Engineering; or related fields * Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance * Flexible working hours * Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems * Solid knowledge of hardware * Solid knowledge of computer networks Customer service; Hardware maintenance; Network and server maintenance and management; Windows; Linux;
