RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Invoice and document entry into the system; * Categorization of expenses/costs by cost center; * Control of monthly expense entries; * Reconciliation of entries; * Preparation of cost allocations; * Monitoring expenses through control platform (Bitrix). REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Pursuing or completed degree in Accounting or Business Administration; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in invoice entry and expense control.
