Job Summary: The professional will manage engineering projects, optimize technical solutions, and communicate with clients, suppliers, and teams, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on technical standards, quality, and safety **Job Description:** **Project Management: \- Plan and control project delivery schedules. \- Ensure coordination among disciplines (architecture, foundations, installations). \- Manage drawing reviews and releases (PE, LO, “As Built”).** Calculation: \- Define technical optimization solutions (weight reduction, material savings). **Relationship and Communication: \- Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and construction teams. \- Prepare progress reports and technical opinions. \- Support the production/assembly team’s technical queries.** Quality and Safety: \- Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. \- Support audits and certification processes (ISO 9001, PBQP-h). **Competencies:** **Education: Civil or Mechanical Engineering (active CREA registration) \- Specialization: Postgraduate degree in Structural Calculation or Structural Analysis (preferred) \- Experience: Minimum 5 years in metallic or composite structural projects, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams \- Technical Knowledge:** Calculation software (Metálicas 3D, SAP2000, Robot, Ftool) **3D modeling and coordination (Tekla, Revit)** Standards: ABNT NBR 8800, 6118, 6120, 14762, ASTM, AWS D1.1 \- Languages: Technical English (reading and interpretation of standards and manuals) **Additional Notes: Leadership and team management \- Organization and discipline in meeting deadlines \- Logical reasoning and critical thinking \- Strong verbal and written communication skills \- Proactivity in problem solving \- Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$7.537,42 – R$13.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
