Manage projects using agile or traditional methodologies We are looking for a **Project Manager** to lead technology solution implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring high-quality deliveries aligned with customer needs and the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and manage implementation and enhancement projects * Define schedules, scope, priorities, risks, and delivery milestones * Conduct kickoff, progress tracking, and closure meetings * Develop and present executive status reports to clients * Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and delivery quality * Manage demand backlogs and prioritize items jointly with stakeholders * Document projects, playbooks, and lessons learned Requirements * Prior experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role * Experience with IT infrastructure or cloud projects * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive clients * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Knowledge of agile and/or traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK) * Experience developing reports and performance indicators Preferred Qualifications * Experience with GLPI * PMP, Scrum, or ITIL certification Behavioral Competencies * Clear and concise communication * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Analytical profile with results orientation * Negotiation skills * Time management and organizational skills * Consultative approach with clients
