Experience with bakery equipment or similar industrial equipment **Equipment Technician (Bakery)** **Job and Company Summary:** Our client, a retail group, is seeking a **Maintenance Technician** specialized in bakery equipment to work across its 11 stores, directly performing preventive and corrective maintenance on bakery equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on bakery equipment, including industrial ovens, mixers, dough mixers, kneaders, and dividers. * Conduct technical diagnostics to identify electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation faults in equipment. * Assess fault severity and prioritize interventions to ensure continuous production and avoid disruptions in bakeries. * Carry out daily travel between network units, responding to requests based on operational demand and urgency. * Perform adjustments, component replacements, calibrations, and tests to ensure full equipment functionality. * Work autonomously to organize daily routines, record service orders, and communicate directly with supervisors and store management. * Suggest improvements, guide operators on proper equipment usage, and support reduction of rework and third-party service costs. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in maintenance of bakery equipment or similar industrial equipment. * Knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and automation applied to industrial machinery. * Previous experience with industrial ovens or **Prática-branded equipment** will be considered a significant advantage. * Ability to work autonomously, manage tasks, and perform interventions without constant supervision. * Availability for daily travel between stores and for emergency response, as required by operations. * Residency in Irati\-PR or willingness to relocate.
