Job Summary: The professional will manage and supervise construction and maintenance projects, coordinate teams, develop work plans and reports, and ensure smooth execution of maintenance contracts. Development of work plans and quality indicators **FERISTA** **Summary of duties to be performed:** · Monitor, manage, and supervise infrastructure construction and maintenance activities across all Tecpar units; · Coordinate the execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks; manage the team; estimate labor requirements per service; and oversee/inspect both teams and services; · Receive service orders from the Client and manage the team to execute these services; · Develop work plans jointly with the Client; · Work directly with Tecpar’s contract management team, receiving all contractual demands and guiding, supervising, and coordinating teams to fulfill activities while ensuring proper contract execution; · Maintain direct contact with Tecpar’s contract manager to provide the Client with updates on all details, services, executions, and activities related to proper contract execution; · Conduct regular, rigorous evaluations of team behavior and professionalism during project execution; · Perform regular visual and technical inspections of services, assessing team performance in both corrective and preventive maintenance; · Proficiency in computer applications (Office suite, software knowledge) is desirable; · Prior experience, especially in the electrical field, and knowledge in mechanical, HVAC, and civil areas are desirable; · Ability to operate systems and software used by both the Client and the Contractor (SCADA systems, equipment-specific software, IT software, ERP, etc.); · Develop maintenance indicators, charts, records, and quality measurements for services. All such data, knowledge, information, and criteria must be developed jointly with the Maintenance Supervisor; · Maintain direct contact with Tecpar’s contract manager to provide the Client with updates on all details, services, executions, and activities related to proper contract execution; · Regularly submit service reports to provide the Client with supporting documentation for measurements and records regarding contract-related work; · Direct responsibility for developing the preventive maintenance plan, agreeing on all details and database content with Tecpar’s contract manager; · Define the entire scope of preventive maintenance and supervise its implementation (e.g., develop checklists, equipment tagging, equipment lists, equipment history logs, etc.); · Direct responsibility for evaluating service frequencies for each item in the preventive maintenance plan; · Coordinate operation of the maintenance SCADA system specified in the contract; · Conduct monthly sampling inspections of equipment, locations, machines, and systems covered by preventive maintenance; · Excellent computer proficiency (Office suite, software knowledge); · Operate systems and software used by both the CLIENT and the CONTRACTOR (SCADA systems, equipment-specific software, IT software, ERP, etc.); · Prepare, compile, and complete maintenance reports and maintain maintenance service records; · Responsible for preparing material requirement spreadsheets to support service delivery (material list to meet RS requirements); · Responsible for maintaining the database for equipment, materials, and required items. Using this data, Tecpar can register items in its current ERP system (Benner system) and subsequently request necessary items to fulfill contractual obligations. · Responsible for managing and coordinating all tools, PPEs, collective protective equipment, and other contractual resources; · Receive personnel-related information from the Maintenance Supervisor and use this database to prepare daily service records; · Draft reports, historical records, checklists, technical documentation, and all other required physical documentation related to the contract; · Collaborate with contract management whenever necessary, acting as an interface between Client and Contractor regarding updates and submission of contract-related documentation, particularly concerning the Contractor’s human resources, providing support as needed for document updates and requests to the Client; Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$6.347,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * ERP-based Maintenance Management System (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
