Job Summary: Opportunity to join an IT team supporting daily unit operations, serving as a reference for problem resolution and responsible for managing inventories, licenses, improvements, and equipment monitoring. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a team that supports daily unit operations and serve as the reference point for resolving IT-related issues. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** **How you will contribute to our team:** * Be responsible for IT, software, and hardware inventories; * Manage deployed assets and licenses/users; * Work with processes, technologies, and implementation of improvements; * Monitor licensing for subscribed software; * Be responsible for improvements and preventive maintenance on IT equipment within your unit; * Monitor IT product stock levels within your unit; * Be responsible for all documentation related to the team (manuals, procedures, etc.); * Analyze and monitor annual equipment rollout; * Be responsible for access control systems (turnstiles/facial recognition) at your unit; * Monitor IT Helpdesk and Service Desk SLA and performance metrics. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **What we expect you to know:** * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology; * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * Generalist experience in Information Technology (networking, hardware, software, audiovisual equipment); * Experience with ticketing systems; * Availability to work fully on-site. * Willingness to travel * Occasional weekend work **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of remote support tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Teams; * Knowledge of LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law); * Experience with ticketing systems and network infrastructure (switches, patch cords, patch panels); * Basic understanding of logical network architecture (VLAN); * Knowledge of Windows servers and telephony. **Additional Information** **We Offer** Health and dental insurance; Exclusive discounts; And additional benefits to be discussed during the selection process We are a Great Place To Work \| Top Companies to Work For!
