




Responsible for supervising technical operations of IT infrastructure and support, ensuring service quality and efficiency, environment stability, and alignment with the technology area’s strategic guidelines. Acts as the liaison between the technical team (Junior, Mid-level, and Senior levels) and company management, promoting continuous improvement of services, processes, and technological resources. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Supervise the technical support and infrastructure team’s activities, providing guidance and task distribution; * Ensure adherence to SLAs and delivery of high-level technical support (Levels 1 to 4), including during critical incidents; * Coordinate maintenance of server environments (Windows and Linux), networks, and virtualization solutions; * Lead infrastructure projects from conception through final delivery; * Propose and monitor the implementation of new technologies and improvements to IT processes; * Ensure implementation of information security policies, compliance requirements, and IT best practices; * Supervise technical documentation and the technical development of the team; * Serve as the technical and decision-making escalation point for complex incidents and changes; * Prepare managerial reports, performance indicators, and technical performance presentations for the area; * Participate in the strategic planning of the IT area jointly with management. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience in technical support, network infrastructure, servers, virtualization, and security; * Experience in technical leadership and/or coordination of IT teams; * Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networks (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and security policies; * Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V); * Strong communication, leadership, conflict management, and results-oriented skills; * Availability for on-site work and occasional travel, if required. **Desirable Differentiators:** * Technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCSA, CompTIA, LPI, CCNA); * Experience in IT project management (PMI, Scrum, Kanban); * Experience in mission-critical or high-availability environments; * Technical education in Information Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Networking, or related fields.
