Proactive pursuit of knowledge to enhance customer service routines **Main Responsibilities:** Provide customer service following the established script Ask relevant questions regarding the issue reported by the customer Seek knowledge to enhance customer service routines Perform remote troubleshooting during support sessions according to script Log service tickets accurately reflecting activities performed during support Relay information about support interactions when appropriate Adhere to scheduled appointment times with customers for targeted support sessions Guide customers and address their questions Continuously monitor tickets in the company's internal tool Check and respond to emails when relevant Collaborate effectively within a team and meet deadlines and SLAs Identify recurring errors and faults across customers, suggesting improvements **Requirements:** Education: Completed high school; undergraduate studies in technology field preferred. Experience: 1 year in Information Technology Training/Certification: Basic Office skills preferred; technical English; computer maintenance knowledge **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On-site format.
