Customer retention and prospecting to achieve targets Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Provide customers with information regarding delivery estimates, service areas, status of deliveries for shipped services, and route highly complex matters to the appropriate departments, ensuring effective handling of all contacts; * Schedule pickups in accordance with negotiated terms to ensure cargo shipment and effective execution of requested services; * Provide quotations to customers seeking EPC’s services, converting inquiries into executed services, serving customers across all communication channels provided by the company while adhering to EPC’s commercial policy, campaigns, procedures, and manuals, thereby ensuring successful implementation of quotations; * Proactively contact existing customers and prospects to foster loyalty and increase both pickup requests and active quotations, ensuring achievement of organizational targets; * Develop in-depth knowledge of each market served by EPC—and/or specifically the market under your responsibility—to stimulate new shipments and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth; * Ensure the company’s visual identity layout is preserved in commercial proposals and correspondence, and verify alignment with agreements made with the customer.
