Monitoring alarm signals, CCTV, and other electronic systems **Position**: CCTV Monitoring Operator **Work Location**: On-site – Boa Vista **Schedule: Night shift** – rotating 6x1 schedule: Mon–Thu 8:00 PM–3:47 AM, Fri–Sat 7:00 PM–2:47 AM – Fixed day off every Sunday **Employment Type**: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Salary**: R$2,415.00 + Collective Bargaining Agreement Allowance R$43.00 **Meal Voucher**: R$900.00 per month **Transportation Voucher** We are looking for a CCTV Monitoring Operator to join our team! If you are proactive, creative, and collaborative, and seek a dynamic, innovative, and growing environment, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** - Monitor alarm signals, CCTV, and other electronic security systems; - Triage alarms and events received at the central station; - Contact clients and responsible parties according to established procedures; - Dispatch tactical teams, patrol vehicles, or competent authorities when necessary; - Record all incidents in the monitoring system; - Strictly follow company operational protocols; - Assist in identifying technical failures and report them to the responsible department; - Record incidents via spreadsheet; - File Police Reports; **Requirements:** - High school diploma (mandatory); - Basic computer skills (proficient typing and ease of use with systems); - Basic Excel knowledge; - Familiarity with the Iris system; - Experience in alarm or CCTV monitoring; - Experience in electronic security companies; - Knowledge of monitoring systems; If interested, please send your resume via WhatsApp to **(41) 99219-3328**, with the job title in the subject line; our HR team will review your application and respond regarding the process.
