Furthermore, the program seeks to train students by providing opportunities to develop projects and carry out activities across various company departments. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technology degree program in fields related to the required areas of expertise, with graduation scheduled from December 2027 onward. **Desired Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * English language proficiency. **Desired Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to learn quickly; * Team-oriented mindset.
