Initially, the focus was on accounting services, sharing office space with other professional activities. **1999 – New Projects** Over time, new projects began to emerge, including demand for labor outsourcing. Tania then received a proposal for temporary workforce outsourcing and secured the company's first major contract for loading and unloading services at a home appliances manufacturing plant. **2002 – New Horizons** Always seeking innovation, the company started new projects in Belo Horizonte, operating directly within client facilities. During this period, it established a strategic partnership for inventory auditing and storage flow control in São José dos Pinhais (PR), expanding its operational scope. **2005 – Business Structuring** After consolidating a robust business plan, the company faced an industry crisis but overcame adversity and celebrated its first full-service warehousing project. By year-end, it already operated three units with 75,000 m² of usable area. **2010 – Expansion Phase** With increasing demand, the company established new agreements, including one in Ponta Grossa (PR). Additionally, it inaugurated new units in São Paulo and Curitiba, expanding to 13 units and reaching one million m² of usable area. **2015 – Achievement** The construction of Master Cargas Brasil's largest owned warehouse in Ponta Grossa (PR) was completed, along with the opening of new units in Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais, further expanding the company's presence. **2017 – Large-Scale Growth** This year, the company implemented a performance-based compensation model in select operations, establishing itself as a successful case study. By the end of 2017, it operated 19 branches and 1.5 million m² of usable area. **2018 – 20 Years of History** Master Cargas celebrated 20 years of history during a challenging year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We implemented strict safety measures following WHO guidelines, adopting initiatives such as staggered shifts, laboratory testing, and decontamination chambers. Despite difficulties, the team demonstrated resilience and determination. That year, we inaugurated the Master Cargas Brasil Headquarters, centralizing administrative operations, creating over 170 direct jobs, and providing more than 10,000 opportunities for third parties.
