Your daily responsibilities will include: * Ensuring proper operation of the Ponta Grossa infrastructure; * Outsourced services management: Supervising cleaning, security gate, security, cafeteria (structural and contractual \- expirations), shuttle services (contract and flow organization), landscaping, and building maintenance; * Building maintenance: Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for air conditioning, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems; * Team management: Leading, training, and supervising general services teams, defining daily priorities; * Supplier contract control: Monitoring service levels (SLA) of contracted suppliers; * Safety and comfort: Ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards (health and safety) and guaranteeing occupant comfort (thermal and acoustic); * Space management: Organizing layout changes, minor renovations, and overall facility upkeep; * Budget management: Controlling operational costs and budgets related to infrastructure; and other duties relevant to the position. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical), Administration with technical experience, or related fields. * Prior experience leading Facilities and/or Building Maintenance and Team Management functions.
