Job Summary: This Marketing internship offers an opportunity to support content production, social media management, and online interaction monitoring to strengthen the brand. Key Highlights: 1. Support in creating social media content, including captions and copy. 2. Assistance in organizing and scheduling content across various platforms. 3. Monitoring online interactions and supporting the drafting of responses. **Job: MARKETING INTERNSHIP** **Requirements:** * Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related fields. * Academic stage: preferably between the 4th and 6th semester. **Hiring Details:** * Location: office in the Center of Florianópolis * Working hours: 6 hours per day, to be scheduled Monday through Friday * Internship stipend: R$ 1.000,00 **Benefits:** * Full transportation allowance (can be converted into fuel credit) * Meal allowance: R$700.00 per month * Birthday Day Off * GoGood – partner offering discounts at gyms and wellness networks * Conexa Saúde – free access to psychotherapy and nutrition services * Meu Einstein – 24/7 free telemedicine **What You Will Support and Learn Daily:** * Support in producing written content for social media, such as captions and copy variations aligned with editorial topics. * Assistance in organizing and scheduling content using tools and platforms according to the editorial calendar: MLabs (social media scheduling), WordPress (blog), Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn * Monitoring comments and messages, including internal routing and support in drafting responses consistent with the brand's tone. * Supporting the monitoring and organization of responses on Reclame Aqui, with guidance and validation when necessary. * Assisting with operational team routines: checklists, topic tracking, deadlines, and publications.
