




Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor in Blumenau is responsible for ensuring inventory integrity and accuracy, optimizing operational processes, and managing the team to drive improvements and sustainability. OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR We are seeking internal candidates for the Operations Supervisor position at the Blumenau unit. Position Responsibilities: * Ensure inventory integrity through proper storage, in accordance with the integrated management system standards. * Ensure stock balance accuracy across all warehouses (main warehouse, storeroom, market assets, etc.). * Implement the company's product and merchandise inventory policy per established standards. * Identify opportunities to improve storage area layouts to optimize inventory capacity and operational flow. * Ensure accuracy of goods information and movements (receipts and shipments), physical vs. accounting. * Ensure productivity in processes under your responsibility, optimizing the use of available resources. * Implement the product dispatch policy in line with company standards and market requirements (customers). * Ensure adherence to scheduled delivery times for distribution, transfers, transit\-points, and distributors. * Optimize operational flow through periodic review of layout, equipment, and picking balancing. * Ensure correct product availability according to market demand. * Evaluate and propose adjustments to pallet assembly planning in picking. * Ensure recyclable materials are properly sorted and disposed of per procedures, minimizing environmental impact and generating revenue for the company. * Ensure proper disposal of waste in compliance with environmental standards and policies. * Reduce company losses through recovery of products and inputs. * Ensure necessary facility maintenance at the operating unit. * Monitor activities to identify operational improvement opportunities, errors, and deviations. * Direct team efforts toward achieving company goals and objectives. * Identify unsafe conditions for the team. * Conduct team development activities (coaching) and structured feedback sessions to foster professional growth, motivation, and engagement. * Monitor and control the subordinate team's banked hours and overtime. * Explore alternatives to maintain turnover and absenteeism levels. * Promote integration and systemic vision across interfacing departments. * Participate in developing operational facilitation procedures jointly with interfacing departments. Profile Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Technical Knowledge: Experience * Interpersonal Competencies: Interpersonal skills, influence, teamwork, adaptability.
