If you seek growth opportunities and new challenges, this opportunity is for you! **Duties/Responsibilities:** * Receive production orders from coordination; * Supervise daily production line operations; * Assign tasks among team members; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; * Monitor production to guarantee efficiency and on-time delivery; * Identify and implement improvements in production processes; * Train and develop the production team; * Maintain production records and performance reports; * Participate in meetings involving your department; * Verify and monitor raw material inventory for production; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Maintain machines and equipment in operational condition, requesting maintenance when necessary; * Be accountable for services delivered by the team according to quality specifications and deadlines; * Interpret technical drawings; * Enter information into the production control system; * Supply the production line with materials and inputs; * Supervise the shipping process of finished products; * Verify produced materials; * Enforce and monitor the use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) by your team; * Guide the team on company policies, procedures, guidelines, and results, ensuring their implementation; * Substitute for operators in cases of absence or emergency.
