Position: Educational Assistant What will be your mission within the team? * Provide assistance in supporting SESI and SENAI education areas through document control, information gathering, reservations, expense reporting, report generation, and other related tasks, aiming to contribute to the smooth operation of departmental activities; * Assist in organizing and conducting departmental meetings and events by preparing and sending invitations to participants, reserving venues, and supporting the preparation of minutes and other necessary documents and materials, aiming to ensure well-organized and efficient departmental gatherings; * Identify material and supply needs required for departmental activities, submit procurement or storage requests to the responsible area, and assist in receiving, organizing, and distributing such items, aiming to provide effective support for departmental operations; * Support the receipt, organization, distribution, and control of educational resources—including handouts, assessments, computers, tablets, etc.—and handle printing and organization of documents requested by instructors, aiming to facilitate efficient management of departmental resources; * Provide support, when required, in opening facilities, screening and directing family members and students, and receiving deliveries/purchases related to the Education area, aiming to efficiently support administrative routines in compliance with established regulations; * Support general document management for the area—including invoices, protocols, official letters, etc.—by forwarding documents for signatures, maintaining control records, and routing them to responsible parties, aiming to ensure an organized workflow enabling traceability and control of departmental documents; * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor.
