Job Summary: A technical-commercial professional responsible for prospecting, client engagement, and closing industrial maintenance service contracts, acting as the liaison between clients and technical solutions. Customer relationship management and after-sales support Requirements: * Proven experience in sales of technical services for industrial maintenance and mechanical assembly; * Mechanical technical knowledge of the industrial maintenance services offered, enabling confident and strategic dialogue with clients; * Driver's license category B and availability for external client visits; * Basic Office suite proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ClickUp, TOTVS, Advanced Excel, etc.) **KPI Indicators:** * Number of proposals issued vs. closed; * Total monthly sales value; * Customer retention and satisfaction; * Average deal closure time; * Achievement of commercial targets. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Results- and goal-oriented mindset; * Proactivity and resilience; * Negotiation and technical argumentation skills; * Organizational and time management skills; * Team spirit and professional ethics; * After-sales support and customer relationship maintenance. **About the Role:** A technical-commercial professional responsible for identifying sales opportunities for services, conducting active prospecting, engaging with clients, and closing industrial mechanical maintenance contracts. Handles demands related to equipment, machinery, production lines, and industrial systems maintenance. Acts as the liaison between client needs and the technical solutions provided by the company, ensuring accuracy in proposals and excellence in service delivery.
