Responsibilities: Customer service via phone and intercom. Monitoring suite cleanliness, key release, and kitchen requests. Managing check-outs, billing, and cash register operations. Inventory control and goods receiving. Requirements: Experience in customer service or reception (desirable). Good communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with management systems (advantageous). Skills in financial control and cash handling (desirable). Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Commitment to punctuality and high-quality service. We Offer: Fixed salary: BRL 1,763.23 (after 3 months BRL 2,000.00) + 10% cash overage Food allowance (after three months): BRL 300.00 (BRL 12.00 per day) Fuel allowance: 6x1 BRL 250.00 | 12x36 BRL 150.00 or Bike allowance: BRL 100.00 Work schedule: 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month).
