**Responsibilities:** * Monitor the movement of customers, employees, and suppliers within the store; * Conduct internal and external patrols, observing potential irregularities; * Identify and report risks, thefts, breakages, and damages to goods; * Support the implementation and execution of loss prevention measures; * Work in partnership with security, inventory, and store management departments; * Prepare incident reports and assist in internal investigations; * Ensure compliance with internal rules and company safety procedures. **Requirements:** Good observational skills and focused attention; Ethical, discreet, and responsible attitude; Ability to interact with the public and handle conflict situations; Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of CCTV systems (camera monitoring); * Courses in loss prevention, asset security, or surveillance; * Basic computer skills. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Degree)
