Job Summary: A Driver responsible for transporting employees and materials, ensuring vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with traffic laws and internal regulations. Operating with a focus on defensive driving and ethical service Position: Driver Working Hours: 220 hours per month Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Transport employees, materials/equipment, medications, or documents for internal or external requests, as instructed via Service Order from Tasy, email, or phone call, prioritizing tasks according to the Director's Secretary's instructions; * Inspect and perform vehicle maintenance/revisions following guidance and deadlines specified in vehicle manuals or whenever necessary at authorized dealerships or mechanical workshops; * Operate vehicles in strict compliance with traffic laws and practice defensive driving, adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels, and check water level, oil level, and tire pressure upon returning from out-of-town trips; * Record lunch break time on time card whenever assigned to external tasks; * Record mileage driven in a designated spreadsheet whenever fulfilling departmental requests; * Ensure proper functioning and care of vehicle accessories, such as GPS, vehicle radio, and mobile phone chargers; * Request official receipts or fiscal vouchers for external travel expenses, complying with Rede Santa Catarina’s travel policy limits, entering receipts and generating reports in the Expense Reporting and Approval System; * Submit the 99 Taxi usage report in the Invoice Approval System, including cost allocation among user departments; * Recharge and monitor usage of electronic toll pass devices (ConectCar/Sem Parar); * Maintain confidentiality and discretion during transportation of information, documents, or passengers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Proven experience in this role; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Basic knowledge of preventive mechanics and familiarity with local routes and regions are considered advantageous; * Customer-oriented profile and ethical conduct. **Desired Profile:** Ethics, commitment, strong communication skills, responsibility, punctuality, discretion and professional confidentiality, courteous service, organization, and diligence in vehicle care.
