We operate through e\-commerce, marketplaces, and direct sales, focusing on quality, agility, and customer experience. We are expanding our portfolio (including our own brand) and seeking someone to strengthen our digital operations. **Purpose of the position** Responsible for managing and growing the e\-commerce and marketplaces, ensuring listing quality, increased conversion, and organized product catalog. **Main responsibilities** Product registration and management \- Complete registration of new products (SKU, variations, descriptions) \- Standardization of titles with SEO focus \- Organization of categories and attributes \- Ongoing review and improvement of listings Content and conversion \- Creation of attractive and persuasive descriptions \- Text revision to improve conversion \- Suggestions for improvements to listing images and layout Metric analysis \- Monitoring of key indicators such as: \- Conversion rate \- Average order value \- Best-selling products \- Identification of opportunities for improvement and scaling Marketplace management \- Management of listings on Mercado Livre, Leroy Merlin, and other channels \- Price adjustments and competitiveness optimization \- Product performance monitoring Continuous optimization \- Testing of titles, images, and descriptions \- Identification of products with scaling potential \- Support for campaigns and promotions **Requirements** \- Organizational skills and attention to detail \- Strong writing ability (correct and persuasive Portuguese) \- Analytical mindset (comfortable with numbers and metrics) \- Proactivity and ownership mentality \- Proficiency with systems and technology **Preferred qualifications** \- Experience with e\-commerce or marketplaces \- Knowledge of product SEO \- Understanding of digital marketing Compensation \- Fixed salary (to be negotiated) \- Performance bonus (growth and conversion targets) Payment: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
