




Description: The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring the proper planning of required resources and the execution of all closed contracts. They must also ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with applicable technical and legal standards for each contract. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in project management, business administration, or related areas; * Solid experience in personnel and contract management; * Experience in industrial operations management and coordination of large-scale maintenance shutdowns; * Experience in integrated planning and coordination of all stages of a maintenance shutdown (mobilization, execution, and demobilization); * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP PM, or similar); * Ability to critically analyze and make decisions based on indicators (KPIs) and technical reports; * Availability for travel. Responsibilities: * Planning and organization – Lead the review of execution plans and resource mobilization, adapting to actual conditions and mitigating identified risks. * Monitoring and control – Monitor services, costs, schedules, and quality, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with scope. * Personnel management – Coordinate and develop the team, monitoring results and providing feedback; * Financial management – Control budgets, expenses, and physical and financial performance indicators; * Stakeholder relations – Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, preventing and resolving conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction; * Legal compliance and safety – Comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, as well as MS and client regulations; * Integrated Management System – Ensure compliance with standards (NRs, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) in all processes; * Support and solutions – Promptly and effectively provide necessary resources to resolve technical, administrative, and legal issues related to various contracts; * Continuous improvement – Promote process improvements and innovations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
