Plan and control input requisitions, preventing waste and product shortages. Monitor cost, production, and quality indicators, proposing continuous improvements. Implement and supervise food safety and good practices processes. Lead and develop the team, supervising and integrating teams. Partner with management in developing strategies for resource optimization. Supervise food preparation and ensure proper food handling to maintain quality and safety.
