




Job Summary: Responsible for HR coordination, strategic people management, development of HR metrics, and engagement programs. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as a strategic partner to leadership 2. Leading employee engagement, culture, and internal communication programs Responsibilities: * Coordinating HR routines and continuously improving HR processes; * Managing recruitment and selection (R&S), training and development (T&D), onboarding, and organizational climate; * Acting as a strategic partner to leadership; * Developing and monitoring HR metrics; * Leading employee engagement, culture, and internal communication programs; * Supporting performance evaluations and development plans; * Participating in the area's strategic planning; * Managing the job classification and compensation plan; * Managing the strategic HR team and the HR Administration Department. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in generalist HR functions; * Experience leading teams and/or coordinating HR processes; * Knowledge of HR metrics, data analysis, and action plan development; * Willingness to work onsite in Tubarão/SC.
