Job Summary: We are seeking a PCP Analyst to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality production through planning, scheduling, and process control. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a PCP ANALYST to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality production through appropriate planning, scheduling, and control of production processes. **Responsibilities:** * **Planning (S&OP):** Develop production plans (CP/MP/LP) and conduct demand forecasting. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels, balancing customer service and cost efficiency. * **Control and KPIs:** Track production progress, analyze performance indicators (OEE, cycle times), and implement corrective actions. * **Integration:** Facilitate communication among Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics. * **Systems:** Input accurate production and purchasing requirement data into the **Senior** system. **Requirements:** * Analytical profile with proficiency in data analysis tools (minimum Intermediate Excel level). * Strong communication skills, conflict management experience, and effectiveness in teamwork. * Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems — material requirements explosion, work order generation, order review. * Performance indicator (KPI) analysis. * Experience in manufacturing environments and knowledge of Power BI (preferred). **Benefits** * Flexible Caju Card (VA/VR) R$650.00; * Caju Attendance Bonus up to R$150.00; * Life and personal accident insurance; * Workplace gymnastics; * Transportation allowance (VT) or Mobility Assistance; * Unimed Health Plan (no monthly premium deduction); * Dental plan; * Childcare allowance; * Pharmacy discount program; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.695,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in manufacturing production scheduling, including customer order analysis, material requirements assessment, and related procedures?
