The Tubarão plant specializes in manufacturing aluminum profiles for the civil construction market and also houses an anodizing unit for surface finishing of aluminum profiles, as well as Hydro’s general tooling facility. In Tubarão, Hydro maintains a 39-hectare environmental reserve located three kilometers from the plant, with 85% native forest cover and serving as habitat for 176 different botanical species. **What We Offer You** --------------------------- Work at Hydro Extrusion Brasil S.A., collaborating on production scheduling per supervisory guidance, performing calculations of machine capacity and required resources. Gather detailed information on products, components, and inputs, issuing and distributing work orders to the production area. Support inventory control and monitor production changes with responsible personnel, ensuring appropriate workflow. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- * Collaborate on production scheduling according to supervisor instructions, performing calculations of available machine hours, required tools, fixtures, etc. * Gather information to detail executed schedules, breaking down by product, component, quantity, machine, man-hours, tools, equipment, and other direct and indirect production resources. * Issue and distribute work orders to the production area, specifying products, parts, and machines per schedule. * Verify, under guidance, inventories required for the prepared schedule, contacting the input scheduling department for any uncertainties. * Notify production supervisors of any changes. * Conduct rotating inventories of metal and inputs on the shop floor. Perform order management and fulfillment tracking via lead time. * **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- ### **Academic Qualifications:** * High school diploma required. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or Production Engineering preferred. ### **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills required. * Experience in production scheduling, inventory management, and production flow processes preferred. * Power BI knowledge preferred. * ERP system knowledge (Datasul) preferred. * Basic English proficiency preferred. * Must be willing to reside in the region of Tubarão, Laguna, Capivari de Baixo, or Jaguaruna. * Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, negotiation ability, and teamwork orientation required.
