If you are results-driven, enjoy challenges, and wish to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you. * Act responsibly and proactively, focusing on delivering results and consistently striving to exceed company-set targets; * Conduct active prospecting, maintain existing client portfolios, and reactivate inactive clients; * Assess client needs and provide assistance and information regarding product/service features; * Client communications must be conducted via telephone, corporate e-mail, or messaging platforms, with all actions duly recorded in the CRM; * Record all sales negotiation stages—including prospect creation, follow-up, opportunity, quotation, proposal, and closure—in the organization’s ERP system, along with other actions associated with this role; * Regularly monitor the sales pipeline to ensure funnel data remains up-to-date and to maximize proposal conversion rates; * Build strong client relationships, focusing on retaining active accounts, prospecting new accounts, and reactivating inactive ones; * Maintain high ethical standards with clients and **Stakeholders**, demonstrating professional integrity, transparency, and reliability; * Adopt a client-centric “consultant” mindset, supporting the client from implementation through post-sales to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with both products and service; * Establish productive and trustworthy relationships with clients; * Comply with departmental procedures.
