Job Summary: Providing humane patient reception services for patients, companions, and family members, identifying and registering data in hospital systems. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to detail and organization when registering information Requirements: Completed high school education. Basic computer skills. Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule\. Responsibilities: Receiving patients, companions, and family members; identifying and registering their information in hospital systems while adhering to data security criteria as stipulated by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD); additionally, providing humane support and high-quality service to all visitors. Desired Profile: Strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, teamwork abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
