If you have a commercial profile, are organized, and enjoy interacting with customers, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * · **Lead prospecting:** Identify and reach out to new contacts who may become potential customers * **Lead qualification:** Ask strategic questions and analyze information to identify qualified leads * · **Relationship building:** Establish initial contact, spark interest, and present the company’s solution * · **Lead escalation:** Forward qualified leads to the sales team with all relevant information **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields preferred) * Communicative, proactive, and customer-focused profile * Prior experience in pre-sales, telemarketing, commercial customer service, or customer prospecting is considered a plus * Familiarity with CRM tools * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and management systems * Organizational and time-management skills * Must reside in Tubarão/SC * Preferred: Knowledge of sales funnels and lead qualification techniques **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable * Meal allowance * Attendance bonus * SESC membership * Location: Rua Mário Mendonça, 20.
