Job Summary: We are seeking apprentices to work in the bakery sector, assisting with production and organization routines, with a focus on hands-on learning and professional development. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in preparing doughs and bakery products 2. Organize and sanitize tools and the work environment 3. Support the baking team in daily activities Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00. We are seeking apprentices to work in the bakery sector, assisting with production and organization routines, with a focus on hands-on learning and professional development. Salary commensurate with working hours and legislation. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in high school; must be over 15 years old * Interest in the field of Gastronomy or Culinary Arts * Willingness to learn * Availability to fulfill the apprenticeship schedule * Must be over 16 years old Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing doughs and bakery products; * Organize and sanitize tools and the work environment; * Support the baking team in daily activities; * Assist in inventory control and organization of supplies; * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
