Control of ingredients and cooking process to ensure product quality. Responsible for the production of cakes and pies, ensuring product flavor and good presentation. Must also comply with sanitary, hygiene, and safety standards. Activities: * Upon entering the work area, maintain proper personal appearance, wearing clean uniforms and appropriate PPE. * Verify the production schedule and follow it according to company instructions. * Daily production must strictly follow recipes and technical specifications. * Produce cakes, pies, fillings, and other items in the product mix with quality, ensuring good presentation and flavor. * Guide pastry assistants in performing their tasks, ensuring full execution of the product mix. * Manufacture products with consistent quality focus, minimizing waste, losses, and breakage. * Ensure all ingredients used in product preparation meet company-specified standards. * Load ovens for baking, adjust controls to set process time and temperature, and monitor the process until desired product quality is achieved. * Prepare equipment by cleaning, removing residues, and adjusting process timers, mixer speeds, and lamination thickness. * Ensure correct distribution of products to branch locations. * Handle confectionery production orders responsibly and in an organized manner.
