




The **HR Manager** at **Refisa**, Brazil's largest salt refiner, is responsible for leading the development of a modern, strategic, and people-focused HR function—capable of supporting business growth and strengthening our culture. More than managing processes, this professional connects strategy and people, ensuring every practice, policy, and decision reflects our values and drives results. Your role goes beyond subsystem management: it involves structuring and improving HR, training & development, performance management, job positions & salaries, organizational climate, and internal communication; supporting and developing leaders; and creating indicators to guide decision-making. Every HR advancement is also a step toward Refisa’s continued growth with engaged teams, healthy work environments, and leadership aligned with our purpose. * Structure and implement Refisa’s Human Resources area, from policies, processes, and indicators to people management practices. * Develop and execute policies in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Evaluation, Job Positions & Salaries, and Organizational Climate. * Support executive leadership in defining people strategy and building a strong, collaborative, high-performance culture. * Implement people management tools and routines, aligning them with the company’s growth objectives. * Create and monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, productivity, engagement, etc.). * Lead employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and reinforcement of company values. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and best practices in people management. * Work hands-on and closely with leadership, combining strategic vision with operational execution. * Act as an agent of cultural transformation, supporting the professionalization and modernization of people management at Refisa.
