We'd love to meet you! **JOIN US, GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise operational activities in the bakery department, whether in store bakeries or central production, organizing the team and assigning responsibilities according to company priorities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines; * Monitor and oversee product quality at all stages, from production to display in sales areas or dispatch to stores, ensuring compliance with company quality and presentation standards, supervising adjustments to products that do not meet defined criteria; * Distribute duties and tasks among team members, defining clear responsibilities and monitoring execution to ensure productivity and achievement of expected results; * Control inventory of raw materials, supplies, and finished products, supervising the PVPS method and ensuring accurate data recording to prevent losses and maintain proper production flow or store supply; * Ensure proper execution of bakery product organization and display processes, complying with quality standards and commercial guidelines, continuous restocking of sales areas, and correct application of planograms, implementing Category Management as defined for the department to meet customer demands and maximize commercial performance; * Ensure correct pricing procedures for bakery products, verifying that labels on self-produced items contain all mandatory information such as nutritional tables, ingredients, consumption instructions, or recipes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and enhancing the customer shopping experience; * Promote team development through technical training on safe handling of bakery equipment, production techniques, product display, and customer service, training employees in proper handling, storage, and production practices, providing continuous feedback to improve performance and prepare them for specific tasks and future career opportunities; * Monitor and implement loss control measures, analyzing breakage reports to identify recurring causes and ensuring daily inventory adjustment entries. Apply practical solutions to reduce waste, improve loss control, and enhance operational efficiency; * Supervise department operations including work schedule adjustments, timekeeping, inventory management, and product display or dispatch, adapting to customer traffic patterns and seasonal fluctuations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and alignment with specific department needs; * Provide technical and personalized customer service in stores, answering questions about baked goods and preparation methods to support customer loyalty and satisfaction.
