Responsibilities: * Conduct quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers; * Monitor suppliers to ensure quality, competitiveness, and continuous improvement; * Perform commercial analyses aimed at cost reduction and procurement process optimization; * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlines; * Collaborate with internal departments to meet material, product, and service requirements; * Monitor purchase orders with suppliers, identifying opportunities and addressing potential deviations; * Build and strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers; * Track departmental KPIs and contribute to improvements in procurement processes. Requirements: * Prior experience in procurement; * Knowledge of supplier negotiation; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Academic degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in the industrial sector; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
