




**Main activities:** * Request employee data registration updates to the Corporate Human Resources team and validate the information; * Support employee services by clarifying doubts, checking and distributing benefits and documents according to established criteria and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines; * Issue relevant documents for the area, such as reference letters, various declarations, and reissuance of documents, using specific spreadsheets and websites interfacing with service provider companies; * Collect required documents, as directed by the immediate manager, to compose labor-related processes; * Keep area document files updated and organized, check material inventory and replenish when necessary. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school; higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields is desirable; * Experience in the area will be a differentiating factor. **Desired profile:** Proactivity, time management skills, attention to detail for handling multiple tasks.
