Every day presents an opportunity to do something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain the 52-week plan updated and develop the monthly maintenance plan, considering resources, materials, and costs. * Update equipment registration and maintenance plans, defining standard times, required resources, and tools. * Consolidate planning for major shutdowns, including activity lists, inspections, improvements, and non-routine maintenance tasks. * Align with Engineering on maintenance and selective material requirements forecasted in the schedule. * Structure, together with executing teams, the organizational chart and scope of the shutdown. * Analyze and consolidate demands arising from inspections requiring shutdowns, ensuring planned work orders. * Monitor material consumption and support the Master Shutdown Schedule in MS\-Project, including definition and control of the critical path. * Ensure closure of work orders and manage the portfolio/backlog with status-based analyses. * Calculate, evaluate, and publish maintenance KPIs; issue planning and scheduling reports. * Record supply deviations and maintain communication flow with execution, procurement, and related areas. * Manage material requirements, perform reservations, requisitions, returns, and support review of inventory levels. * Perform follow\-up on RCs/PCs and ensure material delivery at point of use. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies, promoting synergy and workplace organization. * Develop and monitor physical progress curves ("S-curves") for shutdowns and daily track schedule advancement during execution. * Schedule auxiliary equipment, and plan and schedule services according to available resources and open work orders. * Ensure updating of equipment movement registration and plan external requests and interface demands. * Guarantee return of work orders, maintenance history, and time recording in the corporate system. * Support preparation of the annual maintenance budget based on strategy and historical data. * Integrate internal areas (Production, People, Projects, Safety, Environment) in major shutdown planning. * Monitor activity details by execution teams and conduct technical visits by third parties for scope validation. * Request and make materials available considering lead time; perform returns when necessary. * Monitor execution of scheduled services and ensure quality of information in work orders. * Conduct contract measurements and keep the physical equipment movement registration updated. * Perform other related duties aimed at professional development, as requested by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. * Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Desired knowledge in industrial welding, basic boilermaking, torches, sanders, grinders, and technical drawing. * Availability for on\-site work at the Imbituba Unit \- PR. **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
