




* Coordinate HR routines, ensuring execution and continuous improvement of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Onboarding, and Organizational Climate processes; * Develop and monitor HR indicators, proposing and implementing actions that generate results; * Lead engagement, culture, and internal communication programs, strengthening the organizational environment; * Monitor performance evaluations and support leaders in development plans; \* Implementation and dissemination of Job Roles and Salary Structure Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields; * Solid experience in generalist HR routines; * Experience in people leadership and/or HR process coordination; * Knowledge in HR metrics, data analysis, and action plan definition; * Availability for onsite work in Tubarão/SC.
