Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the installation and maintenance of network equipment. 2. Configure equipment and interact with customers via telephone. 3. Safeguard company assets and use specific software. Remember that customer’s joy when the doorbell rings and they see the person who will install their Internet? The Activation Team consists of those professionals who visit customers to activate new connections and perform necessary maintenance. In addition, the Activation Team also configures equipment and schedules these visits with customers. **This and other job openings listed are available for People with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in maintaining equipment already installed at customer sites; * Perform equipment installation and configuration procedures; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use tools for measuring network parameters; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer telephone calls; * Contact customers via telephone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and keep the workplace organized; * Ensure customer satisfaction; * Complete service execution application; * Execute network documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Teamwork; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Efficiency in performing tasks and courtesy toward customers; Sense of urgency and innovation. **Education:** Completed high school; Technical course in a related field is desirable. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
