Job Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production to ensure alignment among demand, capacity, and inputs, while optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Critical analysis and communication for decision-making Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production, ensuring alignment among demand, production capacity, and input availability. Will execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS), issue and monitor production orders, manage inventory levels and system-to-physical inventory accuracy, and monitor raw materials, inventories, and production performance indicators. Responsible for analyzing losses, identifying bottlenecks through time studies, supporting continuous process improvements, and maintaining up-to-date product and input master data—contributing to operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferred; Experience in PPCP (MPS and material planning); Hands-on experience with product and material master data setup and transactions; Organizational skills, critical thinking, and strong communication abilities.
