




**Job Description – Mechanical EngineerPosition Summary** The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and implementing technical solutions in corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as developing mechanical projects aimed at improving equipment performance, reliability, and durability. The role will also be central to the creation, updating, and standardization of **machine technical manuals**, ensuring clarity, safety, and compliance with engineering specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * **Diagnosis and Problem Solving** * Conduct technical analyses on equipment and component failures. * Propose corrective and preventive solutions for recurring issues. * Support internal and field maintenance teams in complex cases. * **Mechanical Projects** * Develop improvement projects for mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems. * Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports. * Monitor validation tests for new projects and modifications. * **Maintenance Management** * Assist in defining and reviewing preventive and predictive maintenance plans. * Establish technical standards and procedures for interventions. * Evaluate equipment performance and propose reliability improvements. * **Technical Manuals and Documentation** * Create, review, and update machine operation, maintenance, and workshop manuals. * Ensure manuals align with safety practices, technical standards, and customer realities. * Include checklists, maintenance plans, diagrams, and detailed usage and repair instructions. * Support after\-sales and training departments with clear and organized technical documentation. * **Cross-functional Integration** * Collaborate with the after\-sales department to support customers. * Assist product engineering in the development and updating of technical manuals. * Work with production and quality teams to ensure project compliance. * **Technical Reporting** * Issue failure reports and root cause analysis (RCA). * Prepare project, testing, and applied solution reports. * Update maintenance records and technical databases. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering**. * Prior experience in industrial machinery or equipment maintenance. * Knowledge of hydraulic systems, combustion engines, and metal structures. * Proficiency in CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). * Familiarity with failure analysis and maintenance methodologies (RCA, FMEA). * Experience in heavy machinery, agricultural, or construction equipment sector is desirable. * Ability to produce clear and instructional technical documentation. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to translate technical terms into accessible language for operators. * Proactive attitude with focus on continuous improvement. * Organized with strong attention to detail.
