Specializing in the development of equipment and processes dedicated to environmental protection systems, Wtech is seeking a Production Assistant to work in Laguna. **Responsibilities:** * Supervises, distributes, and guides production activities, ensuring compliance with production scheduling; * Plans departmental activities and allocates necessary resources for production, guaranteeing execution of production orders within established deadlines; * Controls production volume, costs, and quality, as well as proper use of facilities and labor; * Requests procurement of raw materials and components according to established minimum stock levels; * Monitors incoming deliveries of raw materials and components to avoid stockouts; * Conducts physical inventory counts of raw materials, components, and finished products; * Verifies production output against specifications; * Monitors and assesses the need for preventive and/or corrective maintenance of machines/equipment; * Ensures safekeeping, preservation, and maintenance of materials and instruments under its responsibility, keeping them in optimal working condition; * Complies with and enforces workplace safety norms and instructions; * Conducts analysis to improve production through measurement, identification of anomalies, and pinpointing critical bottlenecks in the process; * Maintains factory and equipment organization and cleanliness; * Participates in audits and implements continuous improvement initiatives, including preventive and corrective actions; * Analyzes production indicators relevant to the area; * Ensures adherence to the company’s code of ethics, internal norms, policies, and programs, as well as proper information management in designated Human Resources systems, complying with labor, union, environmental, health, and occupational safety legislation; * Supervises and evaluates team performance; * Ensures clear communication of results for all employees within the area, providing appropriate feedback regarding outcomes of processes and projects managed by the area. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
