Specializing in the development of equipment and processes dedicated to environmental protection systems, Wtech is seeking a Production Assistant to work in Laguna. **Responsibilities:** * Install wiring, distribution panels, switches, outlets, and other electrical components, ensuring installations comply with technical and safety standards. * Identify faults and issues in electrical systems, perform necessary tests and repairs, and replace or adjust defective components such as circuit breakers, cables, fuses, etc. * Assist in the development of electrical projects by interpreting and applying electrical schematics to ensure installation efficiency and safety. * Conduct tests and measurements using instruments such as multimeters, ammeters, and megohmmeters to verify continuity, resistance, and proper operation of electrical systems. * Follow safety standards and technical regulations during installations and maintenance, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adopting best practices to prevent accidents. * Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems. * Perform adjustments and calibrations of electrical systems to optimize performance and energy efficiency according to company or client requirements. * Participate in preventive maintenance programs and suggest improvements to electrical systems to enhance safety, reduce costs, and optimize energy consumption. * Record performed services, replaced parts, measurements, and test results in reports for internal control and maintenance history tracking. **Requirements:** * Completed High School and/or completed Technical Course.
