Job Summary: A hospital is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare meals, assemble hospital dishes, and organize and sanitize the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. The hospital seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Tubarão (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in meal preparation (cutting, washing, and sorting food). Help assemble dishes and hospital diets. Organize kitchen utensils, pots, and equipment. Sanitize food, surfaces, and areas. Wash dishes, trays, and utensils. Restock ingredients and supplies during preparation. Store food properly. Support kitchen inventory control. Follow guidance from the nutrition team. Assist in separating specific patient diets. Prevent cross-contamination. Comply with hospital hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
